- Lost parcels marked as delivered
- Delays caused by couriers
- Failed delivery attempts due to customer error
Imports, Duties & International Orders
For international customers:
- You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges
- These charges are outside our control and non-refundable
- Refusal to pay customs fees resulting in return or destruction of goods will not qualify for a refund of shipping costs.
