2. Products, Authenticity & Descriptions

We specialise in officially sourced and collectible merchandise. While we aim for accuracy:

All images, mock-ups, and promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only

Final products, packaging, inclusions, and specifications may differ due to manufacturer changes

Items such as photocards, inclusions, and bonuses may be randomised by the manufacturer

We do not guarantee specific variants unless explicitly stated

We shall not be held liable for manufacturer-led changes to design, packaging, or included items.


3. Pricing, VAT & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be exclusive or inclusive of VAT, as stated at checkout

VAT will be applied in accordance with UK law

Full payment is required at the time of purchase

We reserve the right to:

Amend pricing at any time prior to order acceptance

Cancel orders where pricing errors occur

Refuse transactions suspected of fraud or misuse

Currency conversion rates (if applicable) are controlled by your payment provider, not us.


4. Order Process & Contract Formation

An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance

A legally binding contract is formed only when your order is dispatched

We reserve the right to:

Cancel or refuse any order at our discretion

Limit quantities per customer

Cancel orders due to stock issues, supplier changes, or pricing errors

In such cases, a refund will be issued.


5. Pre-Orders (Strict Policy)

Pre-orders form a core part of our business and are subject to the following strict terms:

5.1 Nature of Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are not in stock at the time of purchase

You are securing an allocation from a future shipment

5.2 Payment & Commitment

Full payment is required upfront

Pre-orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable, except where required under UK law

5.3 Timeframes

Release dates are provided by manufacturers and are subject to change without notice

Stock typically arrives 2–4 weeks after release, but delays can extend beyond this

5.4 Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Manufacturers

International shipping

Customs inspections

Port congestion

Courier disruptions

Such delays do not entitle cancellation or refund.

5.5 Combined Orders

Orders containing pre-order items will be held until all items are available

We are not responsible for delays caused by combining in-stock and pre-order items


6. Delivery & Risk

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed

Risk transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate delivery details

Ensuring safe receipt of goods

We are not liable for:

Lost parcels marked as delivered

Delays caused by couriers

Failed delivery attempts due to customer error


7. Imports, Duties & International Orders

For international customers:

You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges

These charges are outside our control and non-refundable

Refusal to pay customs fees resulting in return or destruction of goods will not qualify for a refund of shipping costs.


8. Consumer Rights (UK Law Compliance)

Nothing in these Terms excludes your statutory rights under:

Consumer Rights Act 2015

Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

However:

The 14-day cancellation right may not apply to:

Pre-order items once processing has begun

Unsealed collectible goods where hygiene or resale is affected

Where applicable, your rights are limited to repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods.

 

9. Returns & Refunds
9.1 General Returns

Must be requested within 14 days of receipt

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

9.2 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Opened collectibles

Randomised items (e.g. photocards)

Minor cosmetic packaging damage

Pre-order items (unless faulty)

9.3 Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

9.4 Refund Processing

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods.


10. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Evidence (photos/videos) must be provided

We will assess and offer:

Replacement

Partial refund

Full refund (where appropriate)

We do not classify the following as faults:

Minor dents, scratches, or packaging imperfections

Manufacturer defects common in mass production


11. Pre-Order & First Press Benefits

Benefits are supplied by manufacturers and are not guaranteed

They may arrive separately and delay dispatch

We are not responsible for:

Missing benefits due to supplier limitations

Variations in benefit content

Failure to receive benefits is not grounds for refund or compensation.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses

Loss of profit, business, or opportunity

Our total liability is limited to the purchase value of the goods

Nothing excludes liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by negligence

Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

You agree not to:

Attempt unauthorised access

Use content for commercial purposes without permission

We reserve the right to restrict access for misuse.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
